Cuscal Limited seeks a Director of Client Experience to lead its Issuing squad in delivering seamless client experiences for new reporting solutions. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a deep understanding of the AU market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for championing exceptional client experiences by communicating a clear product vision to the scrum team, incorporating client insights and stakeholder feedback into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • This role involves owning and prioritizing the backlog of work for the team, including client delivery, maintenance, defects, incidents, and continuous improvement using relevant frameworks and guidelines.
  • The Director will partner with Product Managers to develop new or enhance and optimize products in line with broader market needs and trends.
  • Additionally, they will lead and coach the squad in managing and prioritizing effort, as well as planning delivery of the backlog.
About You:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in banking/financial services, preferably delivering SaaS and/or B2B products.
  • Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Able to effectively manage multiple/cross business requirements at various stages of the product lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies/tools and experience writing user stories.
Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on location and industry standards
