Job Overview

The Commercial Manager will play a pivotal role in driving regional strategic objectives and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and information flow at NBCUniversal, a leading company in Australia.

About the Role

This dynamic position involves partnering with the Commercial Director to drive business growth, managing third-party agents, and unlocking direct relationships with regional distributors. The ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritize workload, manage parallel workstreams, and communicate effectively with multiple departments and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partnering with the Commercial Director to drive regional strategic objectives and manage key performance indicators.
  • Managing third-party agents and ensuring deal memos meet business and region guidelines.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders across multiple divisions to ensure clear communication and information flow.
  • Unlocking direct relationships with regional distributors and tracking critical path with team manager to fully executed contract status.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5-10 years of commercial experience with demonstrable business management expertise.
  • A proven track record of managing commercial partners and stakeholders.
  • Excellent administration skills, experience in retail marketing campaigns, and the ability to lead and manage own projects.
  • A strong work ethic and drive to get the job done at best-in-class levels.
Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
