We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director Support Specialist to join our team at the NSW Agency for Clinical Innovation.

Job Description

This permanent full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with executives, managers, clinicians, and key stakeholders across the organisation. As an Executive Director Support Specialist, you will provide high-level secretarial and business coordination services to support the Executive Director in achieving the ACI's strategic objectives.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing executive support and advice to the Executive Director
  • Coordinating directorate activities to ensure an efficient and effective operation
  • Establishing and embedding new processes, document and information control systems
  • Assisting and coordinating projects to support the directorate and providing business support functions

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively. You will also have strong administrative skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong administrative skills

You will also need to possess a high level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism, as you will be dealing with sensitive and confidential information.

Salary

The remuneration package for this role includes a salary range of $109,857 - $129,624 per annum, excluding superannuation benefits.
