Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Strata Insurance Account Manager to join our esteemed client, a prominent national brokerage specializing in Strata insurance. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement and presents a unique opportunity to develop leadership skills while working closely with the NSW State Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fostering and managing relationships with key strata clients to deliver customized insurance solutions.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to Account Executives and Assistant Account Executives to drive team success.
  • Collaborating with external partners, including underwriters and claims specialists, to secure competitive terms and efficiently address client concerns.
  • Preparing comprehensive reports, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Strata Insurance Broking.
  • A Tier 1 insurance broking qualification, along with relevant tertiary qualifications in business or related fields.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
  • A dedicated work ethic and a commitment to achieving success.
  • The ability to lead a team effectively in a flexible work environment.
