Senior Strata Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Strata Manager to join our client's expanding team in Sydney's CBD. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of Strata schemes, providing exceptional service to owners and committees, and contributing to the growth and success of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with Owners Corporations to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues
- Prepare and present budgets, meeting agendas, and minutes to ensure transparency and accountability
- Attend and chair meetings, including AGMs, EGMs, and SCMs, to ensure smooth decision-making processes
- Draft and issue breach of by-laws letters and formal notices to comply, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Assist in the management of junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and growth within the team
- Previous experience in Strata Management, with a strong understanding of Strata laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with owners, committees, and colleagues
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High level of computer skills, with proficiency in Strata management software and systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
