About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Strata Assistant to join our successful team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our strata management team, you will provide exceptional support to our Senior Strata Manager and contribute to delivering outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-class support to Executive Committees, Owners, and Tenants
  • Liaise with Owners Corporation as required to ensure seamless communication
  • Coordinate quotations and repairs for works required, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions
  • Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings, maintaining accurate records
  • Manage risk and insurance, including annual fire safety and insurance checks and quotations
  • Issue keys to contractors, owners, and tenants, ensuring secure access
Requirements
  • Real Estate or Strata experience, or administration experience in any industry
  • Well-versed with StrataMaster, although not essential
  • Certificate of Registration, or willingness to obtain
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong administration skills, with attention to detail
