We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strata Insurance Brokerage Leader to join our team at Succession Partners. As a Senior Account Executive - Strata Insurance, you will be responsible for providing exceptional insurance solutions and service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key strata clients, delivering tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Account Executives and Assistant Account Executives to achieve success and drive business growth.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with external stakeholders, including underwriters and claims specialists, to negotiate competitive terms and resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for clients, showcasing our expertise and value proposition.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years' experience as a Strata Insurance Broker, with a strong understanding of commercial strata insurance products, policies, and regulations.
  • Qualifications: Tier 1 insurance broking qualification and ideally tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline and/or other relevant qualifications (e.g. ANZIIF).
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Work Ethic: A strong work ethic and desire to succeed, with the ability to manage a team in a flexible work environment.
