We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at CPB Contractors. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to make a real impact in the construction industry.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all staff and contractors comply with statutory, contractual, and safety management system obligations. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust health and safety systems that align with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

This position requires a strong understanding of State and Federal Construction Safety legislation, as well as experience in conducting audits, managing non-conformances, and implementing corrective actions. A bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field is essential.

You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance safety culture, improve system safety, and achieve high standards of health and safety performance. Your expertise will be valued as you contribute to the development and delivery of project goals and objectives.

In this role, you can expect to earn a salary between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
