We are seeking an experienced Executive Governance Specialist to join our Company Secretary team at IOOF Holdings Limited.

About the Role

This is a critical support role that requires a high level of professionalism, organisation, and attention to detail.

As an Executive Governance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional company secretariat and corporate governance support to our various boards and committees.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication and writing abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and coordinating board and committee meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintaining accurate records and registers for Insignia Financial Group companies.
  • Developing and implementing effective governance practices and procedures.
  • Liaising with stakeholders, including directors, senior management, and external parties.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A tertiary qualification in Law, Commerce, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
