We are seeking a skilled Health, Safety, and Quality (HSQ) Specialist Leader to oversee the development and implementation of our Health, Safety, and Quality frameworks. In this role, you will lead complex audits, investigations, and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and direct HSQ framework development and implementation.
- Conduct and manage complex audits, investigations, and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Drive safety culture improvements aligned with our Health, Safety, and Quality Strategy.
- Manage and mitigate safety risks through regular assessments and reviews.
- Oversee and gain approval for the annual quality audit schedule.
- You have proven experience in WHS, emergency management, and incident governance including coordination, investigation, and reporting.
- You possess strong project management skills with a focus on delivering best practice outcomes.
- You have detailed knowledge of Quality Systems management and HSE legislation.
- You have experience with ISO45001, ISO 9001, or similar frameworks.
- You can develop and deliver education, training, and communication material effectively.
- You have a successful record in implementing effective WHS and Quality management systems.
In exchange for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. Our organisation prioritises work-life balance, offering flexible working arrangements to support your personal and professional goals.
