We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team as an Account Executive – Production Print. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic opportunity to develop and execute sales strategies that meet and exceed revenue targets. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that drive business success. With a strong focus on relationship-building and account management, you will foster long-term partnerships and consistently deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Revenue Growth: Consistently achieve periodic sales revenue and unit targets for Ricoh Production Print Solutions, driving year-on-year growth.
  • Business Development: Grow the Production Print Solutions business through solution sales approach by engaging in high-level and long-term business development and relationship-building activity aimed at key strategic targets within the market.
  • Customer Engagement: Prepare and present tailored/customized solutions to assist customers in achieving their business goals, managing leads from all sources with prompt follow-ups.
  • Territory Planning: Manage territory planning and execution to ensure expected 'territory coverage' is consistently achieved.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need 5+ years of quota-carrying sales and account relationship management experience, with a proven track record of successful sales target achievements and a strong desire to over-achieve revenue goals. You should have production print industry experience, excellent sales skills, including business justification, negotiation, and closing, as well as the ability to operate in both hunting and farming models.
