The RoleAs a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for providing facilities management services and technical advice across the Distribution Centre. You will oversee the efficient and effective operation of the site, including cleaning, security, contractor management, self-delivery staff, and waste management. You will also manage the annual facilities budget, identifying and prioritizing funds to support required services.
- Ensure all programs, including reactive and preventative maintenance, are executed promptly and meet quality requirements.

To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Administration, or Technical stream – advantageous.
- Previous Facilities Management experience, ideally in a commercial supply chain environment.
- Experience with budget responsibility, including capital and operational budget management.
- Strong administration, planning, and coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with local and nationally based clients, contractors, technicians, and team members.
- Current and valid Australian Driver's Licence. Willing to travel interstate as required.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
