The Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and ambitious customer service representative to join our fast-paced and professional team. This permanent part-time opportunity involves working 16 hours over Saturday and Sunday between 7:00am and 7:00pm, with a regular weekend shift pattern to commence after a 2-week on-site training period.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls
  • Resolve, manage, and escalate problems logged by our customers
  • Accurately capture data and work towards realistic KPIs
  • Provide exceptional service at every opportunity by building relationships and rapport with your customers, both internal and external

What We're Looking For

  • 12 months of experience working in a helpdesk or call centre environment (preferably)
  • Exceptional customer service focus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to attend 2 weeks of paid on-site training

Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on location and experience
