Account Management Coordinator

The Opportunity
In this role, you will work closely with our operations and finance teams to assist in managing the Capex work in progress (WIP) and managing the aging profile of the WIP balance sheet.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing all Capex jobs in the WIP, coordinating with the Operations team for job closure and status/information updates.
- Preparing files for invoicing as per agreed timelines and budgets.
- Reviewing all Capex jobs for ageing and updating accordingly.
- Assisting in month-end processes as required, including accrued income assessments.
- Balancing sheet reconciliations, including analysis, investigating discrepancies, balances, and variances.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A degree in accounting.
- Holding your Professional Accounting qualification (CA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA, etc.) – advantageous.
- A proven ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
- An advanced level of computer literacy, including advanced Excel skills, Formulas, VLookups, and Pivot Tables.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with staff and senior management.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of around $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a hybrid working model, access to our recently renovated office, and opportunities for career growth and development.
