Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Specialist to join our team in Ballarat, VIC. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering efficient and cost-effective FM services.

Responsibilities

The role involves:

  • Managing the HSE program to ensure a safe working environment;
  • Collaborating with building management to resolve issues;
  • Preparing and managing budgets;
  • Implementing preventative maintenance schedules;
  • Maintaining accurate data of system set points.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a property discipline;
  • A minimum of 2 years facilities management experience;
  • A track record of managing fit-outs, refurbishments, and maintenance projects;
  • An understanding of financials and budgeting;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Logical and analytical thought processes;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
