Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team to deliver cleaning services at Coles distribution centers in Victoria, SA, TAS, and WA.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Directing and supervising the Cleaning Team members on shift.
  • Participating in the induction and training of new Team Members.
  • Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards across all areas of the DC, while adhering to Health and Safety procedures.
  • Ensuring the correct use of chemicals, equipment, and machinery by all team members.
  • Developing strong working relationships and a positive team environment.
  • Working with team members to ensure work schedules are completed to quality standards, within required time frames.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience supervising cleaning team members, including roster management, ideally in the food service industry or commercial supply chain environment.
  • A current driver's licence and vehicle (desirable).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
  • Ability to work flexible hours when required.
