We are seeking an experienced Business Support Administrator to join our team at our Perth CBD location in a Full-Time capacity.

About the Role
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and Head Office visitors with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage multiple calendars, inboxes, and coordinate courier services to ensure seamless communication and logistics.
  • Administer monthly orders with external providers, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
About You
  • You will possess excellent time management skills, intermediate computer proficiency, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential, as you will be the primary point of contact for clients and Head Office visitors.
