We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support for our Family Violence Support services in Perth. This role requires a high level of administrative ability, leadership, and integrity.

About the Role

You will be accountable for managing and maintaining high standards of business and administrative support for our operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing maintenance and volunteers services for our Graceville Women's Refuge
  • Participating in monthly budget planning and review processes across two cost centres
  • Scheduling and coordinating client appointments with staff members, including Family Violence Practitioners and Counsellors
  • Overseeing and coordinating the administration and maintenance team in areas such as fleet vehicle management, IT equipment register, and site maintenance requests

This is a maximum term parental cover position until 16th August 2025. Salary and conditions are in accordance with SCHADS Award Level 4.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant business qualification, such as a Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration
  • A National police record check
  • A current WA driver's licence
  • Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and negotiation/consultation skills
  • Experience working in a NFP will be highly regarded
