We are seeking an experienced Senior National Sales Director to join our team in Sydney, Australia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and be passionate about driving business growth in emerging markets.

Job Summary

The Senior National Sales Director will lead our national sales efforts in Australia, responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. This role will require strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in Australia.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing, operations, and supply chain teams.
  • Collaborate with external partners, such as distributors and healthcare providers, to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 years' experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a focus on driving business growth in emerging markets.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification, with a focus on business development and sales strategy.
