**Appointment Setter / Sales Representative**

**Location**: Sydney, Australia (In-Office) - Potential for remote work in the future

**Hours**: Part-Time (2 days a week, 9 AM - 5 PM) with potential for more hours

**Compensation**: Competitive hourly rate + Commission

**About the Role**:
As an Appointment Setter at Indi Creative, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by cold calling businesses at scale and booking high-quality appointments for our digital marketing services. You’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, making a real impact by connecting with potential clients and setting the stage for our expert strategists to convert leads into long-term partnerships.

This is more than just a part-time role—it’s an opportunity to grow within the company. As you prove your ability to consistently secure appointments, you’ll have the chance to expand your hours and take on a more hands-on role in managing and running those appointments yourself.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses across various industries
- Qualify leads and secure appointments for our digital marketing services
- Accurately record call outcomes and update our CRM system
- Work closely with the sales team to refine scripts and improve conversion rates
- Transition into a larger role, taking on more hours and handling appointments directly as you grow within the company

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
