About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive sales expert in Commercial Real Estate to join our team in Ballarat.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, sourcing, listing, selling and leasing commercial properties across Greater Ballarat and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Negotiate property transactions from start to finish
  • Coordinate marketing and advertising efforts to promote properties
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Requirements
  • Experience in Real Estate Sales & Leasing (preferably in Commercial)
  • Commercial acumen and ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate
