Key Responsibilities- Facilitate equipment sales by structuring and negotiating financing solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with sales teams, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements to provide actionable insights and recommendations for credit decisions.
- Evaluate credit risk and provide informed recommendations for credit decisions.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive achievement of sales and market share targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure Brandt Tractor remains competitive.
- 3-5 years of direct experience in equipment finance, with a proven track record in structuring financing solutions and managing financial risk.
- A solid understanding of the equipment sales industry, including familiarity with financing structures, credit evaluation, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with sales teams, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial statements, assess credit risk, and provide strategic recommendations.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build productive relationships to achieve common goals.
