About the Role

Colliers is seeking an experienced and proactive sales expert in Commercial Real Estate to work alongside our experienced team based in Ballarat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and maintain a high presence in the marketplace.
  • Property Sourcing and Sales: Sourcing, listing, selling, and leasing of commercial properties across Greater Ballarat and surrounding areas.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintaining an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers.
  • Negotiation and Transaction Management: Negotiating property transactions from start to finish.
  • Property Inspections and Administration: Conducting inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property.
  • Client Advisory and Support: Delivering market knowledge and advice to clients.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Coordinate (with Marketing department) the marketing & selling of properties including organising signboards, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums and videos.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in Real Estate Sales & Leasing (preferably in Commercial).
  • Commercial Acumen: You are a natural hunter who is commercially astute.
  • Communication Skills: You are an excellent communicator with the ability to converse with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Personal Qualities: Willingness to learn and ambitions to grow.
  • Certifications: Current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate.
