The Role
We are seeking a Commercial Property Sales Representative to join our Sales & Leasing team based in our Ballarat office. This role will see the successful candidate leading the sales, listing, and marketing of commercial properties across Ballarat.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and maintain a high presence in the marketplace.
- Assist in the sourcing, listing, selling, and leasing of commercial properties across Ballarat.
- Maintain an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers.
- Negotiate property transactions from start to finish.
- Conduct inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key account clients and maintain a high presence in the marketplace.
- Deliver market knowledge and advice to clients.
- Coordinate with the Marketing department the marketing and selling of properties, including organizing signboards, brochures, advertising, information memorandums, and videos.
Requirements
- You don't need to have real estate experience, but you should be a natural hunter who is commercially astute.
- You are an excellent communicator with the ability to converse with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- You are willing to learn and have ambitions to grow.
- You have a current real estate license or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate, or be willing to study to become a certified agent.
- You are an entrepreneurial and commercially astute individual with previous property sales and leasing experience or B2B sales.
- Ideally, you have a Bachelor's Degree in Business or a similar field.
