About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially astute individual to join our Sales & Leasing team in Ballarat. As a Commercial Property Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the sales, listing, and marketing of commercial properties across Ballarat, working closely with our established Victorian initiative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and maintain a high presence in the marketplace
  • Assist in the sourcing, listing, selling, and leasing of commercial properties across Ballarat
  • Maintain an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers
  • Negotiate property transactions from start to finish
  • Conduct inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key account clients and maintain a high presence in the marketplace
  • Deliver market knowledge and advice to clients
  • Coordinate with the Marketing department the marketing and selling of properties, including organizing signboards, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums, and videos
Requirements
  • No prior real estate experience is necessary, but you should be a natural hunter who is commercially astute
  • You should ideally be in a commercial or B2B role and looking for further opportunities in a new industry
  • You should be an excellent communicator with the ability to converse with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • You should be willing to learn and have ambitions to grow
  • You should have a current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate, or be willing to study to become a certified agent
  • You should be a natural hunter who is commercially astute with previous property sales and leasing experience or B2B sales
  • You should be entrepreneurial and commercially astute
  • Ideal Bachelor Degree qualifications in Business or similar
