**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Director to join our team in the Brisbane office. As an Administrative Director, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes and supporting the growth of our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, preferably within the healthcare or NDIS sector, with a focus on team leadership, financial oversight, and day-to-day operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the administrative teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Oversee day-to-day business operations, including workflow coordination, resource allocation, and process optimisation.
- Support the finance team with NDIS invoicing, claims management (via Splose and NDIA/PACE), and financial reporting.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with NDIS standards, business regulations, and internal policies.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement operational strategies that align with company growth objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement of administrative processes and systems to improve client experience and team productivity.
- Coordinate staff training, development, and performance management within the administrative departments.
- Facilitate internal communication across teams, ensuring alignment of goals and priorities.
- Provide support to the Director in decision-making and strategic planning.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in operations management, ideally within the healthcare, disability, or NDIS sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing administrative teams.
- Excellent understanding of financial management processes, particularly invoicing, claims, and compliance within the NDIS framework.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt to changing needs.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and practice management software (experience with Splose is an advantage).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and productive workplace culture.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
