Salary: $60,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

This role will provide vital administrative and secretarial support to the Regional Director of Queensland who also fills the role of Group Director Regions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and managing regional events, including venue booking, entertainment, and attendee coordination.
  • Co-ordinating QLD tenders from an administrative perspective.
  • Attending events to ensure smooth operations.
  • Managing emails, events calendar, and RSVP lists.
  • Collaborating with Office Services and peers for a consistent client/events experience.
  • Conducting research and analysis for opportunities and presentations.
  • Supporting business development and regional activities with key directors and teams.
  • Organising regional activities like monthly morning teas and announcements.
  • Overseeing meeting room bookings, catering, and video conference facilities.
  • Managing diaries, emails, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Preparing expense reports and reconciling expenses.
  • Producing and collating documents using advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role providing high quality administrative support.
  • Demonstrated events coordination experience.
  • Excellent knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, PowerPoint and Excel in particular).
  • High proficiency in both spelling and grammar.
