Role Overview

We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrative Support Professional to join our team in Brisbane & Sydney. This role involves supporting the National Director and sales, leasing and advisory operators within our Healthcare & Retirement Living team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage diaries, monitor email messages and prioritise tasks accordingly
  • Support the National Director with personnel-related activities and corporate initiatives, including scheduling meetings and circulating internal correspondence
  • Manage CRM databases, create reports for data tracking and prepare client correspondence
  • Prepare expense claim forms, credit card statements, track campaigns and manage schedules
  • Billing and invoicing clients, ensuring compliance with auditing requirements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills, including fast and accurate typing speed
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Proactive nature, demonstrated initiative and creativity
  • Previous experience in a real estate or professional services environment is desirable
  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and proficiency in Excel are essential
What We Offer

A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus numerous staff discounts and rewards.
