
Enterprise Account Growth Specialist

This is an exceptional opportunity to be a Hybrid Account Executive / Account Manager for a leading organization in the APAC region.
The ideal candidate will manage enterprise clients by applying a human-centered approach and build strong working relationships with each client to drive annual renewals and opportunistic upsells.
You will work closely with a local team of Customer Success Managers, Renewal Managers, Sales Consultants, and Sales Engineers to provide optimal solutions and meet client transformation needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage mid-sized clients in the APAC region.
- Develop strategies to break into a portfolio of prospective enterprise clients.
- Understand client business goals and anticipate future needs.
- Drive planning sessions to ensure client leverage MURAL to meet their transformation needs.
- Own annual renewals, expansions, and upsells across customers.
- Establish consultative and trusted relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize a cohesive customer experience.
- 4+ years experience in Account Management / New Logo acquisition at a SaaS organization.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to create new initiatives.
- Experience running 6 figure renewals and upsell within a fast-paced SaaS company.
- Exceptional stakeholder, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in the Japanese language is preferred but not required.
