Enterprise Account Growth Specialist
We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Account Growth Specialist to drive revenue expansion through strategic account planning and commercial advisory services.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise dynamics, skills in uncovering opportunities that deliver customer value, and the ability to navigate complex internal environments.
You will be confident engaging with senior leaders across large organisations, owning strategic conversations that impact long-term partnerships, and driving cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring deep engagement and revenue expansion through strategic account planning.
- Lead commercial advisory services to customers, providing expert guidance on business growth strategies and solutions alignment.
- Maintain CRM accuracy, provide reliable forecasting and reporting, and deliver territory-level strategy aligned to growth objectives.
- Develop and execute long-term account strategies, drive sales-oriented mindset towards account management, and continually seek opportunities for growth and commercial success within your accounts.
- Build and lead strategic commercial conversations, maintain stakeholder relationships, and drive solution alignment to meet or exceed commercial targets.
What We Are Looking For
- Deep experience in enterprise SaaS account management, preferably within HR technology.
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles, stakeholder management, and commercial success within accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute long-term territory and account strategies, leading to sustained revenue growth.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets through account expansion, solution alignment, and stakeholder management.
