
Enterprise Account Growth Specialist

Spearhead account growth by developing and executing tailored plans for key enterprise clients. As a seasoned sales professional, you will drive customer engagement, identify new opportunities, and leverage the partner ecosystem to drive success in a dynamic market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop strategic account plans with a focus on customer relationships and business outcomes.
- Identify and acquire new customers, while upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Collaborate closely with partners, presales, and consulting teams to drive revenue growth.
- Manage contract negotiations to ensure smooth closure and customer satisfaction.
- Build and sustain a robust pipeline for assigned territories or segments.
- Drive customer success by understanding their business deeply and promoting our value proposition.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of successful sales experience in SaaS enterprise software, with expertise in managing complex sales cycles.
- A self-starter capable of leading complex sales within a matrixed organization.
- A track record of exceeding quotas, selling to senior decision-makers, with a good network of executive contacts within enterprises.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling proposals.
- Experience working with global and local partners to optimize customer engagement and maximize revenue.
- A strong understanding of cloud platforms, data ecosystems, and related markets.
- Preferred experience in verticals such as Public Sector, Utilities, and/or Financial Services.
- Knowledge of Big Data, Data Integration, and Data Analytics markets.
