Key Account Manager

Drive business growth by fostering high-level relationships with key enterprise accounts and identifying solutions to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans to grow business through existing key accounts and develop key relationships to drive these customers forward.
  • Understand the strategic direction of assigned enterprise accounts, developing sales strategies to meet long-term account needs and coordinating resources to maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement solutions for Enterprise Accounts, closing complex projects and establishing master contracts to ensure long-term relationships and preferred status.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in sales/account management with a proven track record in the enterprise sales space.
  • Strong business acumen, leadership, and strategic program execution skills, process driven with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Previous exposure providing solutions for projects is highly desirable, as is experience with IT products, technology, or automation.
