We are currently seeking a results-oriented Enterprise Account Manager to be based in Sydney. This role acts as an account lead for a diverse mix of accounts with a robust pipeline across a range of industry verticals. In this highly collaborative role, you will work with sales teams across all of the HPE business units, and be responsible for understanding the customer's IT and business objectives, priorities and requirements and challenges to sell the right HPE solution to add value to the customer.
**As Enterprise Account Manager, you will**:
- Build & develop relevant customer relationships with key influencers & decision makers in IT & business
- Influence the decision-making of customer executives through describing the value of HPE's solutions & their relevance to the customer's priorities
- Uncover executive-level initiatives & pain points to map back HPE's solutions across multiple lines of business
- Lead complex sales engagements, & coordination to meet deadlines. Oversee engagement with cross-Business Unit portfolio solutions. Accountable for & supportive in deal closing & orchestrating the deal team
- Build & drive sales pipeline
- Build & execute a plan to drive growth & profitability across HPE's portfolio, in a structured way
- Build & continually update a thorough understanding of HPE products, solutions, & service offerings - their value propositions, competitive differentiators, & benefits to our customers & our customers' customers
**About You**:
- Proven IT account management experience managing large enterprise accounts of multi-million-dollar deals
- Experience prospecting to senior-level leadership & decision-makers
- Demonstrated history in achieving/overachieving your sales targets
- Persistent in the face of obstacles & a will-to-win orientation
- Able to skillfully articulate a vision for the future & a path to achieve it in an account business plan, aligned with the HPE strategy, & HPE business units.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills & the ability to establish & maintain a rapport across many constituencies & influencers
- Possess highly developed business acumen & negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker & strong problem solver
- Ability to work effectively with extended & cross-function teams in a matrix environment.
