Strategic Business Development Leader

Job DescriptionThe Client Director, Credit Solutions role is responsible for delivering exceptional client service to Specialty clients while developing and managing innovative solutions, services, capabilities, and expertise across Credit Solutions. This includes developing and executing sales strategies, contributing to the development and delivery of the Aon Credit Solutions Products & Broking Strategy, and building out a business plan for Aon's Credit Solutions business in Australia.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in credit products, including trade credit, surety, and structured credit. They will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in managing and growing client portfolios, passion for client value provided by Credit Solutions, deep connections across partners and industry groups, and collaboration with cross-solution line leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Retain and grow Aon clients through sales strategy development and execution.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of the Aon Credit Solutions Products & Broking Strategy.
- Develop and manage innovative solutions, services, capabilities, and expertise across Credit Solutions.
- Build out a business plan for Aon's Credit Solutions business in Australia.
- Implement strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing client accounts.
- Design and deliver marketing activities linked to the overall regional business plan and global Solution Line messaging.
