Laing O'Rourke is seeking an experienced Advisory Leader to drive strategic planning, client relationships, product management, and staff development within the Corporate Advisory Team in Sydney.
This role offers great career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise. The successful candidate will lead key initiatives, develop client account plans, and manage senior relationships of key Advisory partners.
About You
An accomplished leader with a record of strategic growth, client partnership, and team development is required for this role. Key skills and qualifications include:
- 8+ years' experience in a similar role within a consulting or advisory environment (Big 4, engineering advisory, or management consulting)
- Proven track record of driving profitable growth in a strategic asset management business
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in developing and maintaining relationships with senior executives, internally and externally
- Effective mentoring and staff development skills
- Able to reposition technical services to be relevant for senior client executives
- Demonstrated leadership of large-scale client delivery programs
Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is AU$180,000 - AU$220,000, depending on experience.
