About You

An accomplished leader with a record of strategic growth, client partnership, and team development is required for this role. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • 8+ years' experience in a similar role within a consulting or advisory environment (Big 4, engineering advisory, or management consulting)
  • Proven track record of driving profitable growth in a strategic asset management business
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in developing and maintaining relationships with senior executives, internally and externally
  • Effective mentoring and staff development skills
  • Able to reposition technical services to be relevant for senior client executives
  • Demonstrated leadership of large-scale client delivery programs

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is AU$180,000 - AU$220,000, depending on experience.
