Job Description

In this role, you will provide administrative support to the General Manager and Director of Nursing at Healthscope's Melbourne Private Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls, coordinating diary management, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager and Director of Nursing with business matters
  • Manage incoming calls by screening, delegating, and responding on their behalf
  • Coordinate diary management to ensure daily commitments are prioritized
  • Be the IT site coordinator
  • Minute taking for selected meetings
  • Assist in recruitment and maintenance of electronic personnel records
  • Maintain documentation, records, and office systems for easy access
Requirements:
  • Australia work authority
  • Minimum 1-year administration experience in a similar role
  • Hospital environment experience (desired)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Prioritization and organization ability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail

Salary: Estimated $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience
