A fantastic opportunity for a vibrant and organized Receptionist/ASIC Administration Officer has arisen in a professional practice located in Melbourne.

Duties:

  • Man reception and manage office administration work, including ASIC and ATO administration

You will be the first point of contact for clients and assist the team with ad-hoc administration tasks.

Experience with ASIC is a bonus but not essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers/tenants/clients
  • Respond to emails
  • Meet and greet with all members of the public and clients
  • Liaise with clients and other organizations in person and over the phone
  • Assist with ad-hoc administration tasks to support accountants
  • Backup ASIC administrators as needed
  • Strong client/customer focus and ability to build strong relationships
  • Prepare ASIC applications

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working within a public practice accounting firm is desirable
  • Highly organized with strong communication skills
  • Excellent presentation
  • Passion for professional services
  • Interest in furthering your career

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
