Front Desk Officer

A fantastic opportunity for a vibrant and organized Receptionist/ASIC Administration Officer has arisen in a professional practice located in Melbourne.
Duties:
- Man reception and manage office administration work, including ASIC and ATO administration
You will be the first point of contact for clients and assist the team with ad-hoc administration tasks.
Experience with ASIC is a bonus but not essential.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers/tenants/clients
- Respond to emails
- Meet and greet with all members of the public and clients
- Liaise with clients and other organizations in person and over the phone
- Assist with ad-hoc administration tasks to support accountants
- Backup ASIC administrators as needed
- Strong client/customer focus and ability to build strong relationships
- Prepare ASIC applications
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working within a public practice accounting firm is desirable
- Highly organized with strong communication skills
- Excellent presentation
- Passion for professional services
- Interest in furthering your career

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
