About the Role

This is a part-time, continuing role based in Melbourne, where you will provide essential administrative support to clients, staff, and students within a Psychology Clinic setting.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Operate the clinic management system to ensure smooth operations, including client appointments, client reception duties, and stock management.
  • Support staff and students across the ACU Health Clinics, providing administrative assistance as needed.
  • Manage and maintain the clinic's administrative tasks, including making payments, issuing receipts, and procurement of resources.

Requirements
