About You:

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success within a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Ability to engage with high-level stakeholders to drive strategic growth.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an empathetic approach to customer interactions.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
