We are seeking a seasoned Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our team across three venues – The Clare Bar, The Rooftop, and TOCH Bar.
You will have experience running teams and shifts, rostering, stock taking, and cost controls. A passion for cocktail compilation and service is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Food & Beverage team across multiple venues
- Roster staff and manage shift rotations
- Conduct stock takes and maintain inventory control
- Implement cost-saving measures and optimise revenue growth
A current RSA qualification and professional manner are must-haves. You'll also need to be adaptable, flexible, and able to work 7-day rotating rosters including public holidays.
