Job Summary

This is a dual-purpose role that involves implementing and configuring Civica's Housing Software while serving as a subject matter expert in advising customers on tailored solutions for our product. You will be responsible for providing onsite and remote consultancy, services, and support for our customers during implementation, post-live, testing, training, and attending presentations or demonstrations to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure Civica's Housing Software for customers.
  • Provide onsite and remote consultancy, services, and support for customers during implementation, post-live, testing, training, and presentations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in advising customers on tailored solutions for our product.
  • Document customer configuration requirements and assist in updating and developing tailored training courses for customers.
  • Work closely with internal teams to contribute to product specification, testing, and recommendations for product enhancements.
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of the Housing Market.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of policies for Social Housing.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working directly with customers and in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to manage expectations and control change in an IT projects environment.
  • Ability to inform and persuade others.
  • Highly analytical and a problem solver.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience conducting demonstrations in front of customers.
  • Experience working with process-based applications.
  • Experience with documentation.
Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
