Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain architectural designs for converged environments, ensuring high-level integrity and technical excellence.
  • Collaborate with customers to provide strategic technical direction, driving business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Design and deliver complex business solutions that integrate data, voice, video communications, and systems components, resulting in effective networks.
  • Provide technical support to customer delivery teams, leveraging in-depth knowledge of networking solutions and participating in problem-solving analysis.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior role within pre-sales/embedded architecture, with a strong track record of delivering technical solutions.
  • Expertise in providing high-level technical advice and expertise to support architectural integrity in deployed customer ICT environments.
  • Experience in managed solutions environments, including maintaining large corporate networks.
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or engineering, with industry certifications from Cisco, Genesys, NICE, and Microsoft highly valued.
  • Eligibility for a Baseline/NV1 clearance.
