Job Title: Service Architect, Contact Centre

At Optus, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Service Architect, Contact Centre, you'll play a critical role in shaping our technical strategy and ensuring the seamless integration of our converged environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level technical advice and expertise to support the design and implementation of complex business solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural integrity and consistency across our converged environments.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support the design and delivery of our solutions.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide strategic technical direction.
  • Assist in the design and delivery of large-scale network solutions that integrate data, voice, and video communications.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior technical role, preferably in a pre-sales or embedded architect position.
  • Strong knowledge of networking solutions and experience in a managed solutions environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or Engineering, with industry certifications from Cisco, Genesys, NICE, and Microsoft an advantage.
  • Eligibility to obtain a Baseline/NV1 clearance.
