About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Architect, Contact Centre to join our team at Optus. As a key member of our architecture team, you will be responsible for providing technical advice and expertise to support the design and implementation of converged environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level technical advice and expertise to support the design and implementation of converged environments.
  • Design and document architectural solutions for complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural integrity and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements
  • Strong technical expertise in converged environments and architecture.
  • Experience in providing technical advice and expertise to support the design and implementation of converged environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
