Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain architectural designs for converged environments, ensuring high-level design authority and integrity.
  • Provide strategic technical direction to customers, driving customer experience excellence.
  • Design and deliver complex business solutions that integrate data, voice, video communications, and systems components into effective networks.
  • Offer high-level operational support, including architectural views and Level 3 fault resolution, leveraging in-depth knowledge of networking solutions.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a Senior role within pre-sales/embedded architecture.
  • Proven ability to provide high-level technical advice and expertise, maintaining architectural integrity in deployed customer ICT environments.
  • Experience in managed solutions environments, including large corporate networks.
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or Engineering, with industry certifications from Cisco, Genesys, NICE, and Microsoft a plus.
  • Eligibility for Baseline/NV1 clearance.
