Job Title: Service Architect, Contact Centre

At Optus, we're seeking a highly skilled Service Architect to join our team. As a key member of our architecture team, you'll play a critical role in designing and implementing converged environments that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical advice and expertise to support the design and implementation of converged environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural integrity and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain architectural designs and documentation for converged environments.
  • Provide strategic technical direction to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver complex business solutions that integrate data, voice, video communications, and systems components.
  • Assist customer delivery teams with high-level operational support and Level 3 fault resolution.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical expertise in networking solutions and converged environments.
  • Experience working in a senior role within pre-sales/embedded architecture.
  • Proven track record of providing high-level technical advice and expertise.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or engineering field.
  • Industry certifications from Cisco, Genesys, NICE, and Microsoft advantageous.
