About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Architect to join our Contact Centre team at Optus. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical advice and expertise to support the design and implementation of converged environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architectural Design and Documentation: Develop and maintain architectural designs and documentation for converged environments.
  • Customer Experience: Provide strategic technical direction to customers to ensure their technical needs are met.
  • Solution Design and Delivery: Design and deliver complex business solutions that integrate data, voice, video communications, and systems components.
  • Technical Support: Provide high-level operational support to customer delivery teams, including architectural views and problem troubleshooting analysis.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a Senior role within pre-sales or embedded architecture.
  • Experience in providing technical advice and expertise to support architectural integrity of deployed customer ICT environments.
  • Experience in managed solutions environments, including maintaining large corporate networks.
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or Engineering, with industry certifications from Cisco, Genesys, NICE, and Microsoft advantageous.
  • Eligible to obtain a Baseline/NV1 clearance.
