Transforming Customer Experience

As a Service Architect, Contact Centre at Optus, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of our customer's account. Your expertise will ensure the architectural integrity of our converged environments, driving innovation and excellence in customer experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design and document converged environments as a high-level Design Authority
  • Provide strategic technical direction to customers
  • Lead the design of complex business solutions integrating data, voice, video communications, and systems components
  • Assist Customer Delivery teams with high-level operational support and architectural views

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a Senior role within pre-sales/Embedded Architect
  • Experience in providing technical advice and expertise to maintain architectural integrity
  • Experience in Managed Solutions environments, including large corporate networks
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or Engineering, with industry certifications advantageous
  • Eligible for Baseline/NV1 clearance
