As a Service Architect, Contact Centre, you will provide a high level of technical advice and expertise to support, identify and provide technical solutions and maintain architectural integrity in support of a customer's account and the Singtel account team.

Your Day in the Life

  • Architecture Integrity: Architectural design and documentation of converged environments as a high-level Design Authority
  • Customer Experience: Provide ongoing strategic technical direction to the customer
  • Solution Design & Delivery: Responsibility for the design of complex business solutions that integrate all data, voice, video communications, and systems components into an effective network
  • Technical Support: Assist Customer Delivery teams as required for high-level operational support, including architectural views in support or Level 3 fault resolution

Your Skills to Pay the Bills

  • Prior experience working in a senior role within pre-sales/embedded architect
  • Experience in providing a high level of technical advice and expertise to support, identify, and maintain architectural integrity of a deployed customer ICT environment
  • Experience in a managed solutions environment, including maintaining large corporate networks
  • Tertiary qualifications in the IT or engineering field; industry certifications from Cisco, Genesys, NICE, and Microsoft advantageous
  • Eligible to obtain a baseline/NV1 clearance
