About the Role:
Telestream, LLC is seeking a skilled Business Development Director to join our Global Channel Organization. This exciting opportunity will allow you to utilize your expertise in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships.

Your Impact:
As a Business Development Director, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with our channel partners, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive revenue growth. Your ability to think strategically and analytically about business challenges, combined with your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will enable you to make a significant impact on our organization's success.

Your Experience:
To be successful in this role, you'll need 5+ years of experience in tech channel partnerships/sales, with a proven track record of implementing channel strategies to drive dramatically increased sales. A background in SaaS/Subscription/Cloud sales and experience in the Media and Broadcasting industry are highly desirable. Additionally, you should possess a deep understanding of the channel ecosystem and have experience driving influence and building relationships with decision-makers across all levels of partner and prospect organizations.

About the Benefits:
At Telestream, we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. We also provide opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a set of Channel Partners to build and execute business plans focused on high-growth solutions* Provide world-class relationship development and thought leadership across a large ecosystem of partners to increase revenue and drive incremental business opportunities* Work with Telestream's Leadership, Partner teams, Operations, and Marketing teams to identify key growth segments, build a strategic plan, and enablement model* Collaborate with cross-functional groups to achieve business objectives
